For most domestic orders, VEZZO delivers within 4 business days from the day the order was placed.

The item is returnable for a full refund, or exchangeable for another size within 7 days of delivery, after which we don’t accept return or exchange.

  • Avoid getting them wet - but if needed, spot-clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let them air-dry naturally.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually process and dispatch the products within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by city: 2-4 working days for metros, and 1-2 days longer for other locations. In Mumbai, we offer same or next day delivery if you reach out to us over whatsapp with a special request.
Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we’re working on it. International shipping will be available soon.
What is your returns & exchange policy?

We offer free exchanges and offer returns against a full refund upto 7 days after you receive your shipment. The shoes must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with the bill/invoice. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or style.
How do I choose the right size?

We recommend referring to the size guide available on every product page before placing your order. If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
Are Vezzo shoes made for flat feet?

Vezzo Terras are designed for everyday comfort with good cushioning and support. They don’t have arch support specifically. However, many of our customers who have flat feet have reported finding Vezzo Terras very supportive for their feet.
I want to try your shoes. Can I visit a Vezzo store?

Currently, we don’t have our own store. Vezzo is available via our online store only. To make it easy for you to try a pair and then decide, we have a very customer-friendly return policy so that you can get a full refund in case you decide to not keep the shoes.
Will sold-out products restock?

Yes, some styles may return in limited quantities, while others may never be restocked once sold out. We recommend grabbing your pair while it’s available.
