When will I get my order after placing it?
We usually dispatch within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Delivery times vary by city: 2–4 working days for metros, and a little longer for other locations. In Mumbai, we offer same or next day delivery if you reach out to us with a special request.
What happens if I receive the wrong size or colourway?
You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a pickup and send the correct pair once the original is back with us.
Can I exchange my shoes for a different size or style?
Yes. If your size isn’t right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. We’ll pick up your pair and ship out the new one once the original is received. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or style.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every pair of Vezzo is designed in-house and handcrafted in small batches in India. In some of our products, we use some globally sourced materials to maintain the quality of our products but production is proudly local.
Are the shoes lightweight or heavy?
They’re very lightweight and sturdy. Terras are among the lightest suede lifestyle shoes available globally.
Are the shoes washable?
No, please don’t machine wash them or run them under water. A simple brush and spot clean keeps them fresh.
Where is your store?
Currently, we don’t have our own retail store. Vezzo is available online only with select offline pop-ups. We’re going to be available in select offline stores soon.
