Refund policy
7 DAYS RETURN / REFUND
If something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery receipt to request a return, exchange, or refund.
For any exchange, return, or refund requests please use this service and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays. Email queries with respect to returns sent over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be replied to on the next business day (Monday).
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in its original packaging with all included components.
Return Process (Domestic Orders – India)

Hassle-Free Pickup: We will arrange a pickup directly from your delivery address.

Packaging Requirement: Please ensure the entire shoe box, with all accessories including the dust bag, is packed and ready for return. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.

No Self-Shipping Needed: You do not need to ship the return yourself — our courier will handle the process.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or colorway is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during sale or promotional events, where it is specifically called out that returns are not eligible.

Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
